New Hike Today
Doggy and I went to a new park today for our walk. Its a heavily wooded with lots of paths through the woods for hikers and bikers and a paved path for a smoother walk. We chose the woods, the trails are smooth and well worn but alot of up and down. We were both hot and ready to hit some AC once done.

Now that’s a park! We took the Terry Trueblood Trail in Iowa City today as usual. Nice, smooth, and paved. The tree swallows are back and fussy about how close you get to their nest boxes. We’re trying to figure out the best place to watch the total lunar eclipse, Blood Moon tomorrow night.

Its a very nice park, alot of people out today. Im just hoping its not cloudy and we get to see it. I might try Raccoon River Park, theres a lake there and as should provide a good view. Or all else fails some back country road with a good view..
